The managed
task concept can be applied to a project when the client can:

- Commit to expedient resolution of process conflicts.
When
these parameters are met, the managed task approach can be very effective. This
approach allows the client staff to concentrate on their assigned duties and responsibilities
while an integrated project team tackles the scope of additional unique efforts. The
team is a transparent addition to the permanent staff, -- not an entity that requires
full time attention by the client staff or management team. At the completion
of the project, the team is dissolved and does not cause a budget drain as secondary
contractors can. AWA allows management to decide the level of additional support
required for discreet scope tasks and AWA is willing to share risk and reward
for success.
