The managed task concept can be applied to a project when the client can:

The team is a transparent addition to the permanent staff, -- not an entity that requires full time attention by the client staff or management team. At the completion of the project, the team is dissolved and does not cause a budget drain as secondary contractors can. AWA allows management to decide the level of additional support required for discreet scope tasks and AWA is willing to share risk and reward for success.
